Who We Do It For
We work with privately owned, small-to-medium-sized construction companies. While this industry encompasses a large diversity of companies, nearly every company in the construction field has the same basic challenges.
Our clients are typically established businesses who have been in the construction industry for at least several years. As mentioned before, they are privately owned by one or more partners. They typically have 50 employees or less and gross revenues of $10 million or less (of course, this depends on the industry itself). Our clients range from general contractors through smaller specialty sub-contractors.
In a nutshell, if you own a business in the construction industry, if you are actively engaged in the running of your business, if you have employees, and if you passionately want to improve your business, we may be the perfect fit for you.

What We Don't Do
We're going to be very straight with you here... We are NOT like the stampede of other guys out there. We don't send a "consultant" to you with a canned program that spits out a bunch of stuff that you will probably never use anyways--even if you paid $40K for it!
We don't sell "magic wands." Making your business operate at a higher level takes time, work, dedication and commitment -- from both of us. Sure - there are some things we can help you implement quickly, but it usually takes time to implement lasting changes in culture and procedures.
Quite simply, we don't "overpromise and under deliver". We leave that to the other guys.
